Caprese Salad and bonus Fried Rice
Two of my very favorite foods. I could eat them for days!
So simple — just slice a ball of fresh mozarella and a tomato, alternate them, drizzle olive oil, add some fresh basil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Yeah, I realise this one isn’t very photogenic… but it’s sooo gooood. Chicken fried rice is one of my very favorite foods. And no, I do not put any veggies in it — just absolutely unhealthy amounts of soy sauce, rice, chicken, bacon, scrambled eggs and sesame oil. Mmmmmm!
